Eric Thorsen's Thortech Solutions
www.thortech-solutions.com
Thortech provides solutions which address some really interesting architectural
problems (in software terms) and works to some genuinely immovable deadlines such
as US elections. Eric is a family friend and we have rewarding discussions
on the openness and honesty that is required to succeed in our line of business.
Chaz Brooks
www.chazb.com
Chaz runs a unique PR and marketing agency based in Guildford.
He has boundless energy and prides himself on taking a deep interest in his clients' businesses.
I've known him well for 34 years and continue to be inspired by his friendship.
I think he has finally given up playing the drums.
Eustice Strachan
www.compusage.co.uk
Eustice and I used to work in the same building, but have since both moved on yet
are still in Reading. Eustice provides excellent network and hardware solutions and is a pleasure to work alongside. He also has great taste in jazz.
The "More To Life" programme
www.moretolife.org
I have learned so much by participating in courses run by this organisation.
They enable us to identify any unhelpful beliefs that might be
holding us back from realising our full potential, and encourage us to identify and
manifest our better qualities. The tools are extremely
simple and not aligned to any belief system, yet don't run counter to any either.
I use the tools a great deal in my personal life and professional sphere
such as when I'm drawing up project plans that I want to be practical, workable and
inspiring.
My Web hosts
www.fasthosts.co.uk
I've been with fasthosts since the last century. I've never seen any need
to change.
Ethical Banking
www.triodos.co.uk
Triodos has been an excellent financial partner. There is a reasonable rate
of financial return for me, and a very professional service. While I'm not using
it, my money is being used for some fantastic projects including micro-finance abroad
and major renewable energy sources.
