I have learned so much by participating in courses run by this organisation.  They enable us to identify any unhelpful beliefs that might be holding us back from realising our full potential, and encourage us to identify and manifest our better qualities. The tools are extremely simple and not aligned to any belief system, yet don't run counter to any either.  I use the tools a great deal in my personal life and professional sphere such as when I'm drawing up project plans that I want to be practical, workable and inspiring.
